FOWell is the FEBUS Optics solution based on distributed fiber optic sensing technology to characterize and monitor reservoir behavior continuously and in real-time.
CONTINUOUS SURVEILLANCE AND DISTRIBUTED FIBER OPTIC SENSING
Based on Distributed Fiber Optic Sensing technologies (DAS, DTS), our FOWell solution offers significant advantages over traditional methods:

PRODUCTION OPTIMIZATION WITH FOWELL

By combining the high-performance of the FEBUS A1 (DAS - Distributed Acoustic Sensing) and FEBUS T1-R (DTS - Distributed Temperature Sensing) with the dedicated FOWell Suite software, our solution enables:
- analysis of reservoir dynamics to determine production and injection profiles
- measurement of flow integrity at perforations (flow profiling), to identify preferential production or injection zones
- analysis of "warm-back" effects, assessing the time it takes for thermal equilibrium to return after hot or cold water injection

Data acquired offshore or onshore provides:

SEISMIC ON WELL
Since reservoir exploitation can lead to environement hazards, FOWell enables seismic surveillance of the infrastructure. This reduces risks to the environment and surrounding populations.
Vertical Seismic Profiling (VSP) and 3D seismic surveys benefit from the state-of-the-art sensitivity of the FEBUS 1 (DAS - Distributed Acoustic Sensing).
