FEBUS Optics has been pleased to share a project with NGE - BTP and geophyConsult on behalf of SNCF.

We provided with our DSS interrogator (FEBUS G1-R).

👉 The need: find a tool to operate a continuous monitoring of sinkhole’s emergence with cables inserted under a slab of concrete placed itself under a railway.

👉 The answer: our FEBUS G1-R has been selected. Our interrogator is installed in an air-conditioned cabinet next to a railway to detect high strain variations on the slab of concrete. If an event occurs, it sends a text message to alert that the infrastructure integrity is in danger.
